Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Max account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are securely attached to the items.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
